All photographs taken by KS1 Media remain the intellectual property of KS1 Media. The photographer retains full copyright of all images produced during a session.
Client License
Upon receipt of final payment, clients receive a personal use license for the delivered images. This license permits personal printing, sharing on personal social media, and non-commercial use unless otherwise specified in the signed agreement.
Commercial Use
Commercial use of images — including advertising, product promotion, editorial publication, or any revenue-generating purpose — requires a separate commercial license. Please contact KS1 Media to discuss commercial licensing terms.
Portfolio & Marketing Use
KS1 Media reserves the right to use images from your session for portfolio display, website content, and social media marketing unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your session.
Delivery
Final delivery timeline, number of edited images, and usage rights are confirmed in the signed agreement or invoice. Unedited or raw files are not included in standard delivery.
Third-Party Sharing
Clients may not sell, license, or transfer images to third parties without written consent from KS1 Media. Credit to KS1 Media is appreciated when sharing images publicly.
